A few things worth knowing
Unhurried diagnosis
Every watch begins with a calm assessment before any work is agreed. Nothing is assumed; everything is documented.
Written condition reports
After each service, a clear report describes what was found, what was addressed, and how the movement now performs.
Correct lubrication
Different contact points in a movement require different oils. We apply the appropriate lubricant to each location, not a single oil to all.
Photographic updates
For heritage and complication work, photographs are shared at each stage so the owner can follow the progress without uncertainty.
No change without consent
Cosmetic decisions — polishing, dial work, refinishing — are only carried out when the owner specifically agrees. We ask first.
Central Bangkok location
The workshop sits on Charoen Krung Road in Bang Rak — Bangkok's historic watchmaking street — accessible by BTS and boat.

There is no pressure and no obligation in an initial consultation. We simply look at the piece together and describe what the work would involve.
Common questions
Questions about the workshop
How long does a standard mechanical service take?
Most mechanical movement services take two to three weeks from the day the watch enters the workshop. Heritage and complication work takes longer — typically four to eight weeks — because it involves sourcing parts and more careful documentation.
Do you service brands other than Swiss watches?
Yes. We work on Swiss, Japanese, and Thai-assembled mechanical and automatic movements. If you are unsure whether your watch is suitable, bring it in or send us a message and we will take a look before making any commitment.
Will you polish my watch without asking?
No. We consider polishing an irreversible cosmetic change and we only carry it out when the owner specifically requests it. Many collectors prefer original surface character to remain untouched, and we respect that entirely.
What is included in the service price?
The stated price covers disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, inspection, lubrication, reassembly, and timing calibration. The written condition report is also included. If replacement parts are needed, we will discuss the additional cost with you before proceeding.
Can I send my watch by post?
We prefer to receive watches in person so we can examine them together and discuss the work before anything is agreed. If you are outside Bangkok, please contact us first and we can advise on careful packing and a reliable courier service.
How do I know the work has been completed properly?
Every service comes with a written condition report describing what was found before work began, what was attended to, and the timing performance reading from the calibration machine after reassembly. For heritage pieces, photographic updates are shared throughout.
