One technician, one watch
The person who receives your watch is the person who works on it. There is no relay between reception staff, a service desk, and an unnamed technician elsewhere.
Written diagnosis before work begins
Before any disassembly, a written assessment is prepared and shared. The scope of work is agreed in writing before it proceeds — no surprises on collection.
Timing machine verification
Every completed movement is measured on a timing machine. The rate, beat error, and amplitude readings are recorded and included in the final condition report.
Grade-correct lubrication
Different contact points require different viscosities. We do not apply a single oil to all surfaces — each location receives the correct lubricant for that part of the movement.
Photographic records
Heritage pieces are photographed at each stage of disassembly and reassembly. Owners receive copies so the process is visible, not a black box.
Consent before cosmetic changes
Polishing, dial work, and refinishing are only carried out on explicit request. We consult before touching anything that cannot be undone.

Seventeen years at the bench
Pradit Nantawan's working knowledge covers Swiss lever, cylinder, and co-axial escapements; Japanese-spec automatic calibres; and the complication families found in vintage chronographs and calendar watches. This is not a general repair shop that accepts watches as a secondary service — it is a specialist workshop.

Equipment
Tools that verify the work
A timing machine does not produce a subjective opinion — it measures. After reassembly, the movement's rate and beat performance are objective numbers, not estimates. We share those numbers with every owner because they make the quality of the work verifiable.
Ultrasonic cleaning removes contamination from pivot holes and jewels without the abrasion of manual cleaning alone. Air pressure testing confirms that a case's water-resistance rating is being maintained after gasket work.

No change without a conversation
Watch servicing involves decisions that belong to the owner, not the technician. Whether to polish a case, refinish a dial, or source a replacement part where the original cannot be saved — these are choices we discuss before proceeding, not afterwards.
An initial consultation involves no commitment and no charge. We look at the piece together, describe what the work would involve, and agree the scope clearly before any invoice is raised.

Stated pricing, no hidden additions
The prices listed cover the full service as described. If a replacement part is needed that falls outside the original scope, we will discuss the additional cost before sourcing anything. There are no charges added after the fact without prior agreement.
The written condition report — which documents the work and the timing results — is included in every service at no additional charge.

Service logbook entry
The condition report prepared for each service functions as a permanent service record for the watch. Future owners, insurers, or other technicians can read exactly what was done and when.

Unhurried pace of work
Watches are not queued against a daily target. Each piece occupies the bench until the work is complete. No component is rushed back into place before it is ready.

After a service, we discuss the appropriate maintenance interval for the specific calibre in Bangkok's climate — warm, humid conditions that affect lubricant longevity differently than European environments.
